Return Policy
Our return policy extends for a duration of 30 days from the date of your purchase. Regrettably, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must have arrived in a damaged condition from the factory, and it must remain unused and in the same state as when you received it. Furthermore, it should be in its original packaging. Refunds will not be processed if you simply change your mind about the product, even before it's delivered. Additionally, we do not offer refunds to clothing that has been ordered in the incorrect size, unless the product failed to have a size chart.
Please note that certain product categories are exempt from returns, including perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, rings, flammable liquids, or gases.
In addition to the above, the following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable Software Products
- Some health and personal care items
To initiate a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be considered in specific situations:
- Books with evident signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
- (if applicable) Delivery costs over £5 will not be included in refunds. Only the item cost will be refunded
- Returns made more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if eligible): Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will email you to confirm its receipt and to inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any orders that were attempted for delivery but were unsuccessful due to your absence, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. Similarly, if your package has been delivered and subsequently stolen, we cannot assume responsibility. Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer will also exempt them from our exchange and return policies. Additionally, any extra customs charges are not our responsibility.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you have not yet received your refund, please begin by checking your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, contact your bank, as processing time may be necessary. Sale items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable): We will only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged.
